The Internal Mobility Challenge is an internal mobility hack-a-thon created to challenge our employees to incorporate the 4 Cs: Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication into their pitch for the next innovative idea around employee internal mobility. Employees, who have pre-registered, will take time to consider different ways in which Kering can continue to accelerate the internal mobility of our talent both within and across the houses. They will pitch their ideas to a panel of judges on the launch day of the career fair!
